Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team in South Portland, ME. You will work closely with Store Management across merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR to drive results and develop teams.

This role requires a proven leader who can supervise front-end operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to supervise store operations and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure quality service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent loss.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
