In this role, you will monitor cash handling procedures, support scheduling and workflow, and enforce company policies while fostering a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Prior retail or front-end supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management
