You will monitor cash handling, maintain organized work areas, support scheduling, and communicate issues to management, contributing to a smooth, customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management
