Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to train others and respond to changes effectively

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store Associates
• Train and mentor team in front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; ensure POS coverage
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and communicate priorities
