Total Wine & More is hiring a Supervisor to back the management team in Moore, OK. You will oversee store operations, support a service-focused culture, and help deliver best-in-class experiences for customers.

You will train staff, ensure safety standards, and drive sales by coaching peers and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on supervision, and collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs and ensure smooth front-end operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and 1–3 years of related supervisory retail experience.
• Strong customer service focus with coaching abilities and teamwork.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and support training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
