Total Wine & More in Moore, OK is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service. You will process transactions, answer questions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Role may include as-needed merchandising/stock duties and occasional shift flexibility. Prior retail experience, ability to handle POS systems, and strong customer focus are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and alcohol-safety rules.
• Able to operate POS and basic inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, promote the loyalty program, and bag products.
• Participate in training on wine, spirits, and beer to boost product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
