Job summary

Total Wine & More in Moore, OK is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class service. You will oversee service, merchandising, and front-end operations while guiding a team to achieve KPIs and foster a knowledgeable, welcoming atmosphere for customers.

You will supervise and train staff, ensure legal compliance, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the store. Evening/weekend shifts and 21+ are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of proven supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example in a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
