Job summary

Total Wine & More in Oklahoma is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and drive sales. You will greet customers, process transactions, and support merchandising, curbside pickup, and delivery operations as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and prior retail or POS experience preferred. Training on products and promotions is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Engage in merchandising, front-end duties and inventory tasks; build displays and end caps.
• Support digital operations: fulfill online orders, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery where assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely following policies and traffic laws (if delivery is an essential function).
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs; ensure store safety and cleanliness.
