Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies.
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations.
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues.
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff.
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end.
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management.
