Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Front End Leader for our TJ Maxx store.

You will oversee a team at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment. You will train and coach associates, manage POS coverage and breaks, and coordinate priorities with management to deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example in service.
• Oversee front-of-store associates and coordinate POS coverage/breaks.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Mentor Associates on front-end principles and store standards.
• Partner with management on training needs to improve effectiveness.
