Job summary

You will delegate training, ensure policy compliance, oversee AML, lottery, and Western Union transactions, manage staffing and safety, and maintain a welcoming store environment for associates and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must be 18+ years old; drivers must be 21+ per policy.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain AML certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop front-end partners and supervise staff.
• Ensure friendly, customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions.
• Enforce company policies and ensure accuracy of front-end procedures.
