Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Front End & Store Office Manager to lead front-end operations, staff training, and ensure compliance with AML, lottery and related policies. You will manage staffing, training and store procedures to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires experience in retail front-end supervision, cash handling, and strong communication skills. Expect multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of checkout policies and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of store office processes and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of state laws for alcohol, tobacco, lottery where applicable.
• Advanced knowledge of AML and other monetary regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of cash register operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of store procedures and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop front-end partners.
• Ensure onboarding and training per department needs.
• Oversee compliance with AML, lottery, and Western Union transactions.
• Monitor cash handling accuracy and daily front-end audits.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and presentable storefront.
• Lead and evaluate partner performance with Store Director.
