Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is looking for a Front End Manager to oversee store office and front-end operations, ensuring high engagement and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead training, enforce policies, and model excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll manage interviews, onboarding, coaching, and performance, while ensuring cash handling accuracy and compliance with AML, tobacco, alcohol, and other applicable rules.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• HIPAA certification must be obtained within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification must be obtained within 2 weeks where applicable.
• AML certification must be obtained within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance and provides feedback.
• Ensures effective training of partners within departments under supervision.
• Delivers friendly customer service; addresses customer questions and complaints; enforces customer service standards.
• Protects store sales by ensuring accuracy of front-end procedures and compliance measures.
• Oversees money handling procedures including cash handling and audits; reports variances.
• Maintains store appearance, safety, and staffing levels; ensures proper shrink management and security.
