Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Texas is seeking an experienced Store Leader to oversee front-end and store-office operations, staff development, and customer service excellence to drive engagement and compliance.

You’ll ensure safety, accuracy of transactions, and adherence to AML, tax and cash-handling procedures while maintaining a welcoming, efficient checkout experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of store checkout policies and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of store office processes and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering and other government regulations relating to monetary transactions.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining partners; handling complaints and resolving problems.
• Ensures effective training of partners within the departments under supervision.
• Provides friendly, customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints; enforces customer service standards.
