Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) seeks a Store Operations Supervisor to manage front end and store office functions, drive staff engagement, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will address issues through effective communication, training, and policy adherence, while supervising AML, lottery, and Western Union transactions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and 2+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification within 2 weeks of starting in role where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Ensure training of partners within respective departments.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented customer interactions.
• Ensure front end procedures comply with policies and cash handling.
• Monitor performance and conduct evaluations; report variances.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
