Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a front-end and store office operations manager to lead staff, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with AML, lottery, and Western Union policies. This role emphasizes training, staffing, and efficient checkout services to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Based in a retail environment, you will supervise front-end partners, uphold food safety standards, and manage daily office audits while coordinating with the Store

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• Must obtain AML certification within 2 weeks of starting where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and discipline.
• Provide friendly, customer service oriented attitude; greet customers and respond to questions.
• Monitor store procedures for accuracy and compliance; ensure proper cash handling and tender procedures.
• Maintain staff training and evaluate performance; report to Store Director.
• Oversee money orders, checks, and daily office audits; report variances.
