Brookshire Grocery Company, headquartered in Texas, operates 215+ stores across TX, LA, AR, OK. We seek aStore Leader to manage front-end and office operations, drive customer satisfaction, compliance, and staff development. Strong experience in POS, cash handling, and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Role requires an associate degree or equivalent, with certifications (HIPAA, AML, AML-related) obtained within 2 weeks. Willingness to work variable shifts and travel occasionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in retail/operations.
• HIPAA, Tobacco/Alcohol, AML and Manager Food Safety certifications to be obtained within 2 weeks.
• Knowledge of AML, alcohol, tobacco and lottery regulations applicable to state laws.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Ensure staffing, training and customer service excellence; enforce policies.
• Oversee front-end procedures, cash handling, and compliance measures.
• Train staff on policies, product codes, cash handling, scanners and bagging.
• Monitor store audits, deposits and money orders; report variances.
