ZippyApp Talentral Corp. seeks a Shift Leader to direct daily store activities in the absence of management. You will open/close the store, monitor staff, and ensure excellent customer service while safeguarding property, funds, and merchandise.

Responsibilities include cash handling, reporting, vendor communication, stock within departments, and enforcing health, safety, and loss prevention standards. Some front-line cashier duties and cross-department coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Past supervisory or team-leading experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math; reading and writing in English.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Directs and monitors day-to-day activities of full/part-time staff.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Resolves exchanges and refunds and documents follow-up actions.
• Performs front-end admin tasks: cash handling, till prep, cash drops, and gift card transactions.
• Completes electronic store reports; conducts bag/video checks.
• Performs cashier duties when needed; reports issues to management.
• Escalates disciplinary or performance issues to Store/ District Manager.
• Responds to vendors and manages deliveries; supports inventory in all departments.
• Ensures health, safety, and sanitation programs are followed; loss prevention procedures in place.
• Acts as first contact for media/regulatory visitors; may participate in interviews.
• May work in other departments as assigned.
