Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Supervisor to support front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service across the store in Sanger, Texas. This role provides leadership to front-end associates and helps drive service standards while ensuring adherence to company policies.

You will supervise check stands, self-checkout and courtesy services, oversee staffing, and support opening/closing and shift transitions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-end operations and staff
• Ensure proper staffing levels to support customer flow
• Monitor checkout operations to reduce wait times and improve service
• Support opening, closing and shift transitions
• Maintain front-end organization, cleanliness and readiness
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused culture
• Lead training, onboarding and daily supervision of associates
• Monitor cash handling and till accountability procedures
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety programs
