Total Wine & More in Saluda, SC seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and build a sales-and-service culture with best-in-class service for customers. You will report to store management and supervise team members, guiding training and development while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations.

The role emphasizes customer-facing leadership, coaching peers, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of proven supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
