Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Front End Supervisor to support store operations, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a team in Greensboro, NC. You will manage Service Center, Self-Checkout, and related Front End duties, while training associates and ensuring adherence to Food Lion standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of store operations and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Proven judgment solving problems, making decisions, handling complaints, arbitrating disputes and resolving grievances

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front End operations including Service Center and Self-Checkout.
• Hire, train and develop store associates.
• Provide leadership to promote a positive customer atmosphere.
• Support budgeted financials and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and efficient operation of Front End activities
