Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Develop and refine processes and procedures for Front End operations.
• Keep the shopping environment clean, organized, and welcoming at check stands and service areas.
• Provide training and support on Key Retailing initiatives and procedures.
• Coach and train front-end supervisors and customer service managers.
• Promote company initiatives in a positive, respectful manner to direct reports.
• Assist store management in maintaining a safe, efficient shopping experience.
