Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Front-end Supervisor to drive outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and supervise front-end operations to support daily store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and control of department supply expenses.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash items and records for the store.
• Manage the scheduling of Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage.
• Assist store management in preparing the department budget and profit/loss reviews.
