Job summary

Kroger is seeking an individual to provide day-to-day support for Front End department operations, ensuring safe, efficient customer service and adherence to company policies. You will explore process improvements, design cleaner work environments, and coach front end supervisors to implement new initiatives.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, strong communication, and the ability to learn diverse software tools.

Qualifications

Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as required.
Available to work weekends and holidays, with emphasis on peak periods.
Store retail experience focused on customer service and front-end operations.
Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with learning a range of computer applications.

Responsibilities

Support front end department operations, policies, and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
Develop more efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.
Create a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End and related areas.
Ensure safe and effective customer service throughout the department.
Coach and train front end supervisors and customer service managers.
