Job summary

Kroger is seeking a role to support day-to-day Front End department operations, policies, procedures, and customer service. You will help improve efficiency, coach supervisors, and promote company initiatives across Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.

The position emphasizes integrity, safety, and a practical, hands-on approach to training and process optimization in a retail environment.

• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.
• Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.
• Promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
