Kroger Co. in Middleton, WI is seeking a Front End Operations Associate to support day-to-day front-end department activities, policies and procedures.

You will help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area while upholding the company’s values and safety standards. The role emphasizes improving processes, training staff, and delivering excellent customer service across Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.

Qualificações

• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings or nights as needed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required (Prime Time emphasis).
• Store retail experience with focus on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn a wide range of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked.
• Understanding of department operations: managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink, scheduling, expenses.
• Demonstrated integrity and dependability with front-end experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support of Front End department operations and procedures.
• Explore and develop more effective processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service across the department.
• Support training and follow-up on Key Retailing aspects.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to reports.
• Maintain organized, clean shopping environment at check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, and related areas.
