Job summary

The Kroger in Burlington, WI is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day department operations and uphold our core values of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will drive front end and customer service excellence, coach staff, improve processes, and ensure a clean, well-organized checkout area across front end, Self Service, and Customer Service Center.

Qualifications

• Store operations experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures.
• Design cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service throughout department.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
