Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly checkout service
• Support customer service programs and respond to concerns in a timely manner
• Provide checkout support including register functions
• Guide front-end scheduling and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment
• Manage cash handling, tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds
• Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Complete daily reports and payroll processes
