Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have at least two years of related experience.
• Must obtain HIPAA & TABC/LACT/AATC certifications through LEARN within 2 weeks of starting.
• Knowledge of cash register, store operations, and checkout policies.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop front-end partners; schedule and direct work.
• Assist cashiers with policies, pricing, scanning, and bagging.
• Ensure front-end meets freshness, safety, sanitation standards.
• Provide checkout services and accurate cash handling.
• Monitor parking lot, customer flow, and front-end efficiency.
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
