Responsibilities

• Oversees front end and store office operations and staff to promote engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Implements training of front end partners and ensures compliance with AML, lottery, and Western Union policies.
• Maintains staffing, cleanliness, safety, and expedient checkout services for a positive shopping experience.
• Handles performance evaluations and feedback to Store Director; manages money orders and bank deposits.
• Ensures adherence to policies and safety standards; monitors shrink and fraud controls.
