Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Front End and Store Office Manager to lead operations, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise front-end partners, maintain compliance with AML, lotteries, and money orders, and ensure a safe, clean store with efficient checkout.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field and two+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification through Company LEARN/LMS program within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) through Company LEARN/LMS program within 2 weeks of starting in role where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification through Company LEARN/LMS program within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification through Company LEARN/LMS program within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, directs work; evaluates performance; and addresses issues.
• Ensures effective training of partners within supervised departments.
• Provides friendly, service-oriented attitude and resolves customer complaints.
• Protects and monitors store sales through accurate front-end procedures and compliance.
• Trains front-end staff on policies, cash handling, scanning, and bagging protocols; conducts performance evaluations.
