Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee front end and store office operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and compliance with AML, lottery, and money handling policies.

You will lead, train and evaluate front end partners, manage staffing, and maintain a safe, clean store, while upholding company standards for cash handling, check cashing, and transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and 21+ to drive per policy.
• Associates Degree in related field and 2+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification within 2 weeks.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Train front end staff on policies and procedures related to customer service and cash handling.
• Ensure accuracy of front-end procedures and compliance measures.
• Oversee money orders, check cashing, and daily office audits; report variances.
