Job summary

You’ll direct front end operations, ensure accurate money handling, and uphold store policies with professional communication and strong leadership. The position requires flexibility for shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field; 2+ years of related supervisory experience.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting role.
• Must obtain AML certification within 2 weeks of starting role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification within 2 weeks of starting role.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to Store Director.
• Train front end staff on policies, cash handling and scanners; ensure excellent customer service.
