Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Store Manager to oversee front-end operations and store office duties, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and uphold AML, lottery, and money services compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, cash handling, and maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment while driving operational efficiency and exceptional service quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and two+ years of related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification via company LMS within 2 weeks of start.
• Must obtain TABC/LACT certification (where applicable) within 2 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Ensure training of front end staff on policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented customer support and resolve complaints.
• Monitor shrink and ensure compliance with cash handling and tender procedures.
• Oversee money orders, check cashing and bank deposits for accuracy.
