Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Ability to supervise and interview/hire front end staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule Front End Clerks and Supervisors.
• Oversee cash handling, balancing and reports.
• Maintain front end cleanliness, safety and appearance.
• Assist with interviewing and training of staff.
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Control shrink and monitor inventory.
