Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates ensuring prompt, courteous customer service.
• Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
