Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store interactions.
• Oversee Associates, ensure courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Support safety programs and adherence to shrink reduction goals.
• Collaborate with management on priorities and performance feedback.
