Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Associates Degree in related field and two+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must obtain HIPAA, tobacco/alcohol, manager food safety, AML certifications per LMS within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented interaction and respond to complaints.
• Train front-end staff on policies, cash handling, scanners, and bagging protocol.
• Ensure proper front-end procedures, compliance, and accuracy of money orders/check cashing.
• Oversee daily office audits, bank deposits, and reports to Store Director.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
