Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in front-end or guest service roles.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent coverage of Self Checkout activities and ensure all sales are captured with strong Guest service.
• Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout and assist cashiers as needed.
• Create and manage daily schedules and break plans for Front End coverage.
• Take ownership of auxiliary Front End lines (e.g., gift cards, candy) as assigned.
• Lead the Front End in the absence of the Front End Leader and be the point person.
• Complete compliance tasks daily (AML, scale/PIN pad checks, etc.).
• Order Front End supplies with cost awareness.
• Train and coach Team Members on efficiencies, service culture, and loss prevention.
