• Responsible for consistent coverage of Self Checkout activities and accurate sales capture, while delivering guest service.
• Create and manage daily schedules and break plans for efficiency and program compliance.
• Train and coach Front End Team Members on service culture and loss prevention tactics.

Aufgaben

• Maintain coverage of Self Checkout and other Front End lines.
• Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout and assist cashiers as needed.
• Open additional checkout options and request assistance when needed.
• Monitor cash control procedures and compliance topics as assigned (AML, scale checks, etc).
• Order Front End supplies and manage costs while keeping guests satisfied.
