The Lead will oversee scheduling, break coverage, and compliance, support the Front End Leader, and promote loss prevention while maintaining safety and security on the floor. Experience required is 1 to 3 years with a high school diploma, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent coverage of Self Checkout activities and ensure accurate sales.
• Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout and assist cashiers as needed.
• Create/manage daily schedules and break plans for efficiency and compliance.
• Take ownership of auxiliary Front End lines of business as assigned.
• Lead when Front End Leader is not on duty and serve as point person.
• Complete daily compliance activities (AML, scale/PIN pad checks, WIC).
• Order Front End supplies, balancing needs with cost.
• Train/coaching on efficiency, service culture, and loss prevention.
• Support Front End Leader with special projects or champion tasks.
