The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail cashier or supervisory experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to loss prevention and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to manage staff and customer interactions.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Active listening and clear, concise instruction to team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to front end operations and oversee the checkout process.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk activities including audits.
• Train and develop front end associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Set up and manage BOPIS processes and store fulfillment.
• Maintain shrink awareness and ensure accurate cash management and deposits.
• Communicate professionally with all Rural King associates and customers.
• Oversee station maintenance, training, and scheduling across front-end duties.
