Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to implement policies and procedures, direct staff, and provide customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to train and develop front end associates and oversee operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end operations and lead front end associates for customer service excellence.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway transactions including monthly layaway audits.
• Educate staff on loyalty programs, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan (RKPPP).
• Assist cashiers by running a register to keep front-end smooth.
• Order store supplies and manage BOPIS processes and audits.
• Maintain tax-exempt plans and ensure proper cash management and price accuracy.
