Job summary

You will manage layaway activity, audits, and programs like loyalty and protection plans while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and store compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong math and cash handling skills with accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to direct staff and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end associates and manage the checkout process for a seamless customer experience.
• Train new front end staff and monitor their ongoing development.
• Oversee cashier transactions and layaway processes including audits.
