Rural King is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee our front end operations and deliver an exceptional checkout experience at our store in Ohio. You will train and supervise front end associates, manage cashier transactions, and drive efficiency across the front end while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in retail cashier or supervisory roles, strong math and communication skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to implement policies and procedures, direct staff, and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to front end operations, ensuring excellent checkout experience.
• Train new front end associates and oversee their development.
• Oversee cashier transactions and monthly layaway audits.
