Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Front End Lead to provide oversight and leadership to our front end operations, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding cashiers and the customer service desk. You will train new front end associates, supervise transactions, manage layaways, and ensure accurate cash management while promoting standard company programs and store policies.

This role supports BOPIS, price accuracy, and daily paperwork, working 40 hours with varied shifts and a commitment to loss

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashier or supervisory experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to direct staff and assist customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end operations and lead front end associates.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk activities including layaway processes.
• Educate and train new front end associates on policies, loyalty programs, and cash handling.
