Job summary

The Save Mart Companies in Manteca, CA is hiring a Department Specialist - Key Carrier to direct front-end staff in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager and to ensure excellent customer service. You will manage front-end performance, handle cash procedures, train associates, and maintain front-end and parking lot conditions to support store operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1 year retail experience, good communication, and flexibility for varied hours; pay

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience through staff training and accountability.
• Manage front-end performance, tills, and EBT/WIC compliance.
• Direct Clerks and Clerks' Helpers toward high performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Support front-end management during shifts and perform other duties.
