Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or supervisory experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to direct staff and assist customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to train front end associates and oversee their development.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to front end operations.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway transactions including monthly layaway audits.
• Empower cashiers to use cashier scripts and educate them on loyalty programs and RK plans.
• Assist in running a register to ensure front-end runs smoothly without interruption.
• Establish and maintain margin bins for product visibility and organization.
• Communicate professionally with all Rural King associates and customers.
