Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise front end operations and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers. You will guide front end associates, train new staff, and oversee cashier transactions including layaway audits.

With focus on exceptional service, you will also educate customers on loyalty programs, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan, while maintaining accurate cash handling and supporting store fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to train and develop front-end staff.
• Ability to manage cashier transactions and customer service desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead front end operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient checkout.
• Oversee training and development of front end associates.
• Manage cashier transactions and monthly layaway audits.
• Educate staff on loyalty programs, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Support in cash management, returns, exchanges, and price disputes.
• Oversee BOPIS process and store fulfillment operations.
