Rural King in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Front End Department Lead to oversee front-end operations, support cashiers, and provide an efficient, positive customer experience.

You will lead, train, and coach front-end associates; manage cash handling, returns, and service desk transactions; coordinate BOPIS and in-store requests; and help maintain displays while upholding Rural King's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashier, front-end, or supervisory experience.
• Strong cash-handling, math, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use POS systems, MS Office, and other retail tech.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support front-end associates daily.
• Oversee cashier and service desk transactions.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and audits.
• Support registers and educate on loyalty programs.
• Maintain front-end displays and customer areas.
• Follow loss-prevention procedures and shrink awareness.
• Oversee BOPIS fulfillment and customer pickups.
• Assist customers with questions and product details.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve needs.
• Uphold Rural King's values in daily work.
